Couriers
- We will advise of the total courier cost once your order has been processed. This allows us to more accurately charge freight and use the cheapest and most efficient freight option available. We were just going to do "freight-free" but in reality it would just have been built in to the price of the goods, so decided against it.

- All orders are sent overnight, except larger parcels to the North Island which are sent on a 2 day service.
- A confirmation notice is emailed to you when your payment is received, and upon dispatch of the order with the courier and order details.
- Deliveries to rural areas are an additional $3.50 per parcel.
- Saturday deliveries can be requested for an additional $4.00 per parcel, but please note that this is not a guaranteed service.
Pickups
- Please note that TasTech does not have a retail "shop" as such and we mostly courier out orders around NZ. However we are happy for local customers to collect orders once they have been confirmed.
- Once your order has been received and processed we will confirm by email when it will be ready to pickup.
- Payment can be made by cash upon pickup, or by internet bank transfer if made at least 1 business day prior to pickup.
- Some pickup orders may require a deposit to confirm the order (mostly for larger orders), and some products may not be available for pickup (eg. bulk product items).
- Our pickup times are strictly between: 11am-1pm & 3pm-6pm Mon-Fri, and 11am-12noon Sat. Having these limited pickup times enables us to process courier orders more efficiently.
